2009 Awards Night!
Derby Prizes will be awarded Thursday, August 20, 7:00 p.m.
at Centennial Hall.

Prize winners or designated representatives must attend the awards ceremony.
Winners must present their entry and weigh-in ticket stubs at the ceremony in order to claim their prize.
Winners of the Scholarship Fund Prizes and Special Prizes must show their scholarship ticket to claim their prize from Territorial Sportsmen, Inc. at the awards ceremony.
Drawing will be done after the derby and prize will be available at Awards night.
Winners must have their derby ticket with them to collect the prize.


Scholarship Fish Drawing Prizes
Bicknell Inc, SE Paving and Montana Creek Development Inc.:
One drawing for possible $50,000 in cash with a guaranteed minimum of $500 in cash
One winner and two alternates will be selected by drawings from door prize tickets provided for each fish entered as "scholarship fish" (not entered for top 50 weighed fish). The prize will include 40 sealed envelopes with the distribution as follows:

5 envelopes will include: $50,000

6 envelopes will include: $10,000

9 envelopes will include: $2,500

20 envelopes will include: $500

"High Fives" Money Bag Promotion 
(The process is described by the underwriters as follows:

The contestant is given a series of 40 "High Fives" sealed money bags or envelopes. 
Each bag contains a prize-winning symbol representing one of four possible prizes: $50,000, $10,000, $2,500 or $500.
The contestant starts opening the bags or envelopes in any order until they have five (5) matching symbols. They have whatever prize is represented by the five matching symbols.
Brenda Carlson won $50,000 in 2005!
You could win $50,000 for a Scholarship Fish as Brenda Carlson (at left in photo along with Michelle Zenger from Greens Creek Mining Company) proved on Thursday night, August 11, 2005, at the Golden North Salmon Derby Awards Ceremony at Centennial Hall. Brenda chose money bags from the 40 of them on the board, and pulled out a total of five $50,000 certificates. She became the first-ever winner of the top prize in the "High Fives" drawing.

One winner and two alternates will be selected by drawing from all derby tickets purchased. The prize will include 40 sealed envelopes with the distribution as follows:

5 envelopes will include: $100,000 Cash

6 envelopes will include: $25,000 Cash

9 envelopes will include: $5,000 Cash

20 envelopes will include: $500 Cash

The winner will draw until five identical amounts are drawn.
